Linda Fusco is passionate about education. She is an attorney who cut her teeth in the special education classroom. Linda provides private, independent IEP facilitation, proactive legal /educational consulting and meaningful, memorable staff development. Linda’s love and enthusiasm for what she does can change the direction of cases that may be headed to due process. She uses positive, relationship building techniques that reestablish trust and communication and get cases back on track. Linda has extensive knowledge and expertise in IEP writing and special education processes. Whether writing meaningful, measurable IEPs, developing creative solutions to ongoing problems or teaching staff and parents, Linda conveys pertinent, ready-to-use information in a clear, straightforward manner. Linda is revered as an expert in IEP writing and inclusion.

Linda has been involved in the hands-on aspects of special education since she was a teenager. She started her career as a volunteer, working with children from birth to adulthood with a variety of disabilities. She became a special education teacher and experienced mainstreaming from the front lines of education. She has taught special education and education courses at the college level. As an attorney, Linda took cases to due process and provided support and training to teachers and parents. Linda Fusco has been featured in a public television program focusing on Inclusion. She is a frequent speaker, presenter and instructor at numerous professional conferences, institutes and university programs. She achieved permanent certification in elementary and special education. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in special and elementary education. She has a Masters of Education degree in Early Childhood Education. Additionally, she earned a law degree, a Juris Doctor, in 1992.
